Departments or degree programs processing applications for change of major, minor, or double major may admit fewer students than the designated quota.
★ The credits to be completed and the required courses for students changing their majors shall be in accordance with Article 3 of the University Regulations Governing Change of Major for Undergraduates.
★ The credits to be completed and the required courses for double majors and minors shall be governed by the regulations of the academic year in which the application was approved.
For example, students whose applications for a minor were approved in Academic Year 2020-2021 shall complete the required courses in accordance with the regulations of that department for the 2020-2021 academic year.

For graduation qualification review, the Office of Academic Affairs will automatically submit minors for review in the semester of the student's expected graduation. For double majors, reviews will not be submitted automatically; students must, in the semester when they are eligible to graduate with the double major, submit the 'Application for Double Major Graduation' to the department offering the double major for review.
Students pursuing a minor (or double major) who have satisfied the graduation requirements of their home department but have not completed the required credits for the minor or double major and wish to graduate shall apply for cancellation of the minor (or double major) with the responsible academic unit by December 25 in the first semester or by May 25 in the second semester.
