The application period for undergraduate students' change of major, minor, and double major for the 2025 academic year is from June 2, 2025 at 9:00 AM to June 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM. However, departmental regulations and requirements for the application shall prevail.
According to Article 11, Paragraph 2 of Regulations Governing Change of Major for Undergraduate Students: Students may apply to return to their original major and year of study during the stipulated timeframe with the Office of Academic Affairs after completing one year of study in the approved new major. This provision shall not apply to students with justifiable cause and with the special signed approval of the departments and colleges concerned and the Vice President for Academic Affairs

Students approved for department transfer in the 114 academic year are required to bring their original department student ID card to their respective academic affairs unit to obtain a new ID card between August 12, 2025 (Tuesday) and October 2, 2025 (Thursday). If you miss the deadline, have lost your original student ID card, or wish to update your photo, you will need to pay for a new student ID card at your own expense.
