The application period for undergraduate students' change of major, minor, and double major for the 2026 academic year is from June 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM to June 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM. However, departmental regulations and requirements for the application shall prevail.

According to Article 11, Paragraph 2 of Regulations Governing Change of Major for Undergraduate Students: Students may apply to return to their original major and year of study during the stipulated timeframe with the Office of Academic Affairs after completing one year of study in the approved new major. This provision shall not apply to students with justifiable cause and with the special signed approval of the departments and colleges concerned and the Vice President for Academic Affairs

	August 3, 2026	Inquiry for the approved results of the 115 Academic Year Department Transfer, Minor, Double Major (including Inter-University Double Major/Minor), Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Program, and University Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Program.(Inquiry System)
	April 27, 2026	Students approved for Department Transfer in the 115 Academic Year are required to bring their original department student ID to the Office of Academic Affairs to exchange for a new student ID during the period from August 17, 2026 (Monday) to October 2, 2026 (Friday). Students who fail to exchange their ID within the deadline, have lost their original department student ID, or wish to update their photo will be required to pay a self-funded fee of NT$150 for a replacement student ID.
	July 23, 2026	The admission results for undergraduate students applying for department transfer, minor programs, and double major programs for the 115th academic year are scheduled to be available for inquiry on August 3rd at 10:00 AM.
	April 20, 2026	The application system for the 115 Academic Year Department Transfer, Minor, Double Major (including Inter-University Double Major/Minor), Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Program, and University Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Program will open on June 8 at 9:00 AM.
